Commercial Batteries

LEDA and VARTA commercial vehicle batteries are manufactured to Industry and Legislative standards and come with a manufacturers guarantee. These batteries come with envelope separation, robust plate mountings and with vibration proof plates for 10 times more resistance compared to most standard commercial batteries. In addition the heavy duty version comes with extra thick plates, advanced plate separation and semi-traction cyclic capabilities.

This specification and construction makes this product ideal for coaches and lorries that have on board supply systems such as tail lifts, vehicle entertainment systems and additional heating/air conditioning.

The Semi-Traction range, designed for deep discharge and recharge, comes with special plate technology and a design life up to three times longer than a conventional starter battery. These batteries are suitable for applications where there is a high or moderate constant cyclic demand such as floor sweepers, mobility scooters, golf buggies and motor homes.
